Bateman Litwin was chosen to supply a whole package of services, including the design, manufacture, equipment supply and test a 1.3 billion Nm3 compression station for flare gas recovery to be installed at Luginetskoye in the Tomsk Region. Bateman Litwin performed this project on LSTK basis. The value of the project was US$ 106 million.

In addition, the construction contract included construction, erection, and commissioning of the gas compression station on LSTK basis, US$ 80 million.
