Paris, France, 03 July , 2006 - The Company is pleased to announce that Litwin SA, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bateman Litwin N.V. has been contracted to design and build a Cogeneration Plant for the SAMIR Mohammedia Refinery in Morocco.  The total value to Litwin of the two year project is approximately 32 million Euro.

As the main contractor, Litwin will provide a complete range of project services, including design, supply, transportation CIF Site, erection, construction supervision, commissioning and start-up. The Cogeneration Power Plant is designed to generate a total capacity of 40 MW and a minimum of 70 t/h of HP Steam.

“This is the sixth in a series of projects, including EPC, Feed, and PCM contracts, successfully implemented by Litwin for the SAMIR Refinery since 1968. This record is proof of the long-term effective relationship established with our Client and secured through our extensive capabilities in the energy industry.  It is also Bateman Litwin’s third energy industry project award in Morocco, and constitutes a major step in penetrating this important and fast-growing market.”
